Service Description
Training will highlight the most recent advancements in medical PRP aesthetic injections, focusing on techniques and technologies; benefiting both novice and advanced practitioners. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 6 ATTENDEES Attendees will receive: • Step by step instruction from the doctors at Skin, A Naturopathic Clinic, • Hands-on experience • The process of injecting PRP into the lower face (nasolabial folds and lips). • A binder containing step-by-step instructions, consent forms, treatment forms,resources to reps/products; pre- and post- care instructions for patients, a supply list with costs and companies to purchase the supplies. • A certification of completion • Personalized answers to all of your questions/concerns and feedback on your process and technique • You will receive everything you need to get started! Lunch, snacks, water, refreshments will be provided Each participant will receive a PRP injection of the lower face ($400 value) *If you do not want to get injected, Please let us know so we can make accommodations. Contraindications and Cautions for PRP Injections: If you have one of these conditions listed below, please contact us and we will assess if you will be able to get the treatment Blood clotting problems; active bacterial or fungal infection; immuno-suppression; scars less than 6 months old; and facial fillers in the past 6 months. Not recommended for women who are pregnant or nursing We will be doing a brief review of the process and how/why it works in the first 30 minutes of the day then we will jump into hands-on training. Treatments will begin with patient assessments and end with after-care instructions. Please wear scrubs/comfy clothes and close toed shoes. No need to bring a notebook as there will be room to write in your binders. Please also bring your computer as there will be a jump drive with PRP and injection info that you will need for your practice. We require a $100 deposit to reserve your spot.
