PRP Workshop Level 3 (Medical Students)

Service Description

Training will highlight the most recent advancements in medical PRP Aesthetic Injections including hair restoration. You will learn how to truly assess for volume correction while utilizing different aesthetic techniques. You will also learn the most up to date hair restoration technique. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 6 ATTENDEES PRE-REQUISTE: Must have completed PRP Level 2 or already be trained and experienced with PRP injections. Attendees will receive: • Step by step instruction from the doctors at Skin, A Naturopathic Clinic, • Hands-on experience • The process of injecting PRP into the upper face • Learn how to assess for facial volume loss • Hair restoration applications • A binder containing step-by-step instructions, consent forms, treatment forms, resources to reps/products; pre- and post- care instructions for patients, a supply list with costs and companies to purchase the supplies. • A certification of completion • Personalized answers to all of your questions/concerns and feedback on your process and technique • You will receive everything you need to get started! PLEASE NOTE: You will either be performing the upper face injections or the hair restoration injections. This will be dependent upon the participants and their choice of which treatment that they would like. Our goal is to give you the knowledge of the clinically applicable techniques for these therapies. Lunch, snacks, water, refreshments will be provided Each participant will receive either a PRP injection of the upper face OR a PRP hair restoration ($400 value) If you do not want to get injected, please let us know so we can make accommodations. Contraindications and Cautions for PRP Injections: If you have one of these conditions listed below, please contact us and we will assess if you will be able to get the treatment • Blood clotting problems; active bacterial or fungal infection; immuno-suppression; scars less than 6 months old; and facial fillers in the past 6 months. Caution for women who are pregnant or nursing. We will be doing a brief review of the process and how/why it works in the first 30 minutes of the day then we will jump into hands-on training. Treatments will begin with patient assessments and end with after-care instructions. Please also bring your computer as there will be a jump drive for you. We require a $100 deposit.
